Hi, I'm JoAnn

I began my journey of weight loss through many challenges in my life. I was a single mom of 4 girls, with our lives turned upside down. I did not have the financial means to hire a coach, so I became one myself! After many trials, failed attempts and successful achievements, I turned my life around and with my guidance you can too!!

 

Many years of poor eating and sedentary lifestyle brought me to a point of dis-ease and muscle atrophy. I took the long, challenging road of changing my daily lifestyle of nutrition and fitness, which turned into a passion to help changes lives.

I will teach you what I have learned managing the pitfalls and successes that have brought me along my journey as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I utilize simple tools such as body weight, TRX Suspension, resistance bands, etc. I will customize your training sessions to give you the most benefit toward your goals. We can work together in a personal setting or a virtual setting via Zoom sessions.
